For any other purpose host\u2019s approval is required.\n\n- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.\n\n- A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.\n\n- Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property.\n\n- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally.
